AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

Hello,

Sorry I asked Thomas but he didn't have the time to look at that issue.
He is in vacation right now so I will check with him when he come back.

Best regards.

Hello,

For my understanding, your page is accessible from two URLs (this is a common issue with Joomla).
Best will be to write some little php code that will check for the correct URL and do a redirect if the URL is not the correct one.

In your case could you give me the two URLs ?

I am unsure of what you mean here, two urls? Where would I find that?
I am checking Webmaster tools and in Search appearance - HTML improvements it shows a list of duplicate Meta descriptions. Whilst most are easy to fix, there
is a list of 35 and then a second list of 62 showing duplicates. However, when I click the link to view the page, the url is not one I have published
www.commercialboats.com.au/adsmanager-de...r-work-punt?rootid=2
I dont understand why it has 'rootid=2' in the url and when clicked, it displays this error
prntscr.com/ffc14z
It is not the z-pellor tug page displaying, it is the home page. The url also has rootid=2 on the end which I have not seen before and is also
displaying 'adsmanager-details' in the url.

Are you able to offer a solution to fix this?
I have "use url rewriting" in global configuration / seo settings turned on and pages on my site are not showing the index.php in the url
However, google is still able to pick this up and this causes a double up?
